EVERY INITIAL APPOINTMENT WILL BE A DEEP CLEANING with regular recurring cleaning beginning on the second visit and deep cleaning again on every fifth visit. This keeps the residence maintained regularly and the additional areas not included in general maintenance cleaning get revisited during the deep clean.

Dust and polish furniture and decor

All countertop and tabletop surfaces cleaned and disinfected (polished where applicable)

Stovetop degreased and cleaned; oven door wiped down.

Shower, toilet, sink and fixtures scrubbed inside and out, disinfected and polished (where applicable)

All floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped

With all services we reserve the right to add on any necessary additional fees for tasks that require additional time or supply to complete (excessive filth, difficult shower scum, etc.)
